I hate these i hate a certain ride threads

Because we're not all Stepford Wives, Pollyannas, and Yes Men. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and should be allowed to express it on these boards without others getting all up in arms about how they can't just love everything. If we did nothing on these boards but sit around and say,
"I love Soarin'."
"Me too."
"That's great."
"I know. Isn't it?"
"Yes, it's great. You know, I love Soarin', too."
"You don't say. That's peachy keen, jelly bean."
"Golly, Beav, it sure is."
I know I, for one, would not be interested. It takes freedom of expression to see that there are alternative viewpoints out there. And if no one points out the faults, even the minor ones, it's entirely possible things could continue to "erode."

Beautifully said!! :sohappy: It's so funny how when you express any opinion that it remotely critical, people accuse you of trying to start an argument.

It's always been my experience that opposing views make a discussion. But the lack of respect for those views or the person making them is what starts an arguement.
And if you don't like this thread or other, 'I hate..' threads, DON"T read them. Skip over them. Read another thread. There are hundreds on this site.
Now lets get back to some Disney stuff. Whether you like it or not.
For example, oh I don't know, like, what if: Disney started running all their choo choo trains in the other direction. Then the monorails, then the rides!!! Whoaaaaaaaaaa!!!

There are (2) I hate soarin threads

(1) Hate the dining plan

(1) Hate the SSE Wand

(1) Either hates DVC or something about DVC

(1 or 2) I hate the the hate threads

(1) About Gran Fiesta though the word "hate" is not in the title

and (1) about hating Everest.

Those are the ones that I can think of off the top of my head - if you want to search for them yourself be my guest.

I was trying to make a funny, but seriously, some people post antagonistic topics just to try to get a reaction. There are a lot of better ways to express an opinion without having to use words that are highly divisive.

Dude, ..if the "I hate ___" threads hurt people they have more problems than the "I hate_____" threads.

If you're that obsessed with Disney that someone saying that they hate a ride hurts your feelings, then you have issues.
