I'll be working in one of the offices with the cast members. I'll work the call-in desk, so when cast members call in sick I will be the one answering the phones. I would work with the extra hour desk, help the CMs get extra hours if they want. Also I will be sending out rescue rangers to various places in the park that need extra workers for the day. That's all I think I am doing. I really don't know for sure what is involved in this job.
