When entering the new chat room it asks you to obey the net etiquette by being pleasant and polite.
Yet on the other hand there is a smiley face concealing a hand gun then blowing away a laughing face afterwhile twirling the gun like Billy The Kid.

I thought that was strange, also.
I like the added option, though!!
