Yeah, no longer in Tallahassee. Moved to CFla earlier today along with a good amount of other people on the road. Might be able to visit Disney within the the next week as well.

Sympathies for your friends. I hope it goes a little more west. It still hasn't turned north yet. I just hope that the homes can survive the winds. Dh and I would check out homes in KW on zillow for the heck of it many a time, especially in the middle of winter here. The prices are way beyond our reach so just a pipe dream. Nonetheless, we have a fondness for that little island and are hoping for the best.This is so cool!! Great to hear!

I don't know if you could tell how much I loved the Keys from my "mistakes" trip report.. but my heart is absolutely breaking for those islands. My friends there are about as close to siblings as you can get.. and quite honestly, for half of my life I spent more time with them than with my blood siblings.lol I've listened to one of those friends absolutely break down and cry on the phone with me today.. I cried with her.
I don't think you need to be a current Florida resident to feel fear for those islands right now.
I know that tragedy has struck many places and many people before..but this storm hitting such small areas of land is the first time that I fear we could see almost complete destruction of an entire city or town in the US. I hope I am wrong.
Every good thought and prayer that I have and can say is going towards those islands right now!!!.. even to the abthat solute idiots who decided to stay on them.
I'll be honest. I fear the tornados hurricanes generate more than the hurricane itself.

The changes I made to my reservation yesterday are not being shown on my MDE app, and although I asked for an email confirmation I haven't received one yet. Website is down so I can't check there.

I think it is down now. I tried the southernmost webcam a couple of minutes ago and it was unavailable. The Mallory Square one was still online.
They are saying it's finally turning north and heading straight to Key West.
On the Duval Cam poor homeless guy is sleeping on street and has refused shelter and Key west Police say they have no one to go get him.
I was wondering about the homeless when I saw one at my local Publix. Sure hope they can get to a shelter.

They are saying it's finally turning north and heading straight to Key West.

Actually he has moved and sat up few times. The shocking thing is how many people walk right by and don't make eye contact.

Good evening everybody!
I want to reach out to my fellow WDWMagiceers/Magicians/"Disnerds"/"DisAddicts", etc and wish them the very best as they deal with Hurricane IRMA. I've mentioned time and time again that I'm in Fort Myers, Fl which is pretty much in the crosshairs of IRMA. I hope if you're north of Fort Myers that you are rushing preparations to completion. IRMA has weakened to a Cat 3 storm as she's been spending a lot of time over Cuba today. But, the weakening should be short lived as she crosses the Florida Straits and skirts up the Florida west coast. Right now, I'm hunkered down in Naples with my wife, my kids, and my mother. We just had a feeder band come through with some heavy rain and gusty winds up to 45 mph. The main storm system is still south of us near Key West. We are, like the rest of you, preparing for the worse, but hoping for the best. Hope to see everyone come out the other side of thing like rock stars! Be safe everyone!

I'd go ahead and say that they would charge normal prices as they normally do for breakfast at a Resort QS location.How much are they charging? 24.99 or 29.99?

My concern is how the moderate resort guests and value guests to the food options and the front desk as the rooms open to the outside and sometimes are far away from the main building
