I don't think that's high on the list of priorities while there's a hurricane on course for the resort...After the Vegas incident , WDW actually does have a CM take a peek inside.
Depends on what app you use.
Yes, that's the joke. Everyone who's ever stayed at a Disney Resort has had the daily check in. It was a big blow-up of a discussion on this forum when it started. So, I'm not sure who doesn't actually know that that you would need to say it actually happens. After the Vegas incident , WDW actually does have a CM take a peek inside.
I’m going by the actual future radar, but of course that could change. It just looks (to me) like WDW is being spared the worst. Doesn’t mean there won’t be a mess to clean up. A lot of water followed by some wind tomorrow will obviously knock trees down.
I think at least one park will be open later Friday for resort guests. So what’s everyone’s guess on when the airport and theme parks reopen?
Hurricane season isn’t over yet.Harmonious still there.
Over like 36 hours. Philly got 7 in like 4 hours last year.watching TWC, 12-19 inches of rain in Orlando.
Hoping for them selling Parrty tickets for Friday.I think at least one park will be open later Friday for resort guests.
Lets see if roadways are passable for cast scheduled to safely get to work.Over like 36 hours. Philly got 7 in like 4 hours last year.
A LOT of rain, not catastrophic, likely not enough yo keep the park closed beyond Friday. We'll see.
Oh I agree, I don’t know about Friday, maybe DS, but I assume power outages in the surrounding areas and clean up will prevent parks opening. Saturday seems possible but their previous announcement about no new reservations until Sunday seems to suggest they expect the hurricane crew to still be at the resorts. We shall see, remember if Orlando has widespread power outages it’s going to be hard for CMs to report to work.I still think guests will be back in parks by the weekend.
Ian isn’t over yet.Hurricane season isn’t over yet.
I made reservations for Saturday an hour ago. True, although local newscasters seem stumped as to why it hasn’t been worse tonight.Ian isn’t over yet.
I just checked it. It says the winds are at 7 mph gusting to 10 miles per hour. I think it needs to be recalibrated!Someone in Golden Oak has a weather station, if anyone wants to watch wind gusts
