Y'know, having lived in Seattle for 18+ years, I never thought I'd say this but...

...Man, I've missed the rain!!!

It's so comforting to fall asleep to the rain on the roof. And now that it's raining again in San Diego, i remember one thing: Southern CA infrastructure was not built for rain. There was standing water on the freeway, enough to trigger my traction control on my car. And I am glad that I have a second floor apartment... because the first floor apartments are now surrounded by a rising pool of water, thanks to no drainage. And SoCal'ers can't drive in the rain. A little water on the road, and I was flyin' by people at just 65-70 mph. :p I <3 my Seattle driving skillz.

More Farscape tonight! Eeeeeeee!!! Less than six hours to go until the finale...

I really should start my lab report that's due tomorrow, but I don' wanna. :p

I live up on a hill, so nothing floods here.
I'm a true californian and I take my time driving in the rain because those rodes are too slippery for me.

Southern CA infrastructure was not built for rain.

 So true, so true. If the buildings were built to withstand the rain we wouldn't have any worthy newstories on the local news

Did somebody say nekkid? :slurp:

I am more than willing to give lap dances, but I do suggest protective eyewear! :D
