Nice here, in the low to mid 70's yesterday AND today! :sohappy: :sohappy:

Though... the heat indices will jump to triple digits this weekend they say... UGH!! :hurl: NOT looking forward to that!

*huggles* Its a beautiful day here...75 non humid, breezy degrees!
We are expecting some rain later today, but right now......

Cupcakes? Hmm.... if I have a salad too can I count it as lunch?

As a biology teacher, I think I can assure you that a cupcake and a salad is a wonderful lunch. (just my professional opinion.)

Yup, the salad cancels out the cupcake. Just like how a diet soda negates a slice of pepperoni pizza. :slurp:

It is in San Diego! Highs of 65 in the winter, 75 in the summer, and always sunny.

I am the Taco Bell queen!!!! :king:

I went to Taco Bell, as promised, and this is what happened:

TacoBellGuy: (as he is ringing me up) My sister went to SeaWorld yesterday to go on that new ride, but the lines were too long.
Me: (thinking he saw the killer whales on my shirt and it reminded him) Oh, yeah, it's been really busy. I've been on it a lot though. It's really fun.
TacoBellGuy: Yeah, you wore your uniform in here last time.

ROTFLMAO! I've officially been there enough that they recognize me now! :lol: It's not like last summer yet, though. Last summer, back home in WA, I went to Taco Bell on my lunch breaks from work each day cause it was right next door. They knew me by name, and knew my order.

My last apartment was right next to a 24hr McDonalds....I went through the drive-through one time and it went something like this:

Me: Yeah, I would like a large number 7 with no lettuce and tomato please.
lady: what would you like to drink
Me: Coke please
Ladt: that will be $5.42, please pull to the first window
Me: Thank you

(I pull to the first window)

Me: Hey there!
Lady: $5.42 please
Me: Here you go (hands lady money)
Lady: Thank you sir...and sir, I see you here a lot, you do realize this stuff is not really that good for you, don't you?
Me: Ahh...yeah, I guess so

Wait till you call to order a pizza & they recognize your voice, call you by name & tell you that nobody in the family is cooking cause your in laws and BIL's family ordered pizza, too! (and they get the orders right when you walk in!)

Huggles to those who need or want one. Boy with all this talk of food, kind of makes me hungry. I am not much into Taco Bell, but I have been going to Denny's for about twenty years. I used to go there for breakfast everyday. Now I have a ritual every Friday and Saturday (actually Saturday and Sunday) my brother (Darthdarrel) and our mom and I. We usually go about 1 a.m. Several of the waiters and waitresses know us by name; they always come over and say high to us and give us hugs. I have even started going bowling with a group of about 8 or 9 of the employess every Tuesday.
