Of course I did....we had some great interaction with the dolphins today...they were active today. The younger dolphin would not leave the area where we were, and kept sticking its head out of the water at the wall in front of us....very neat!

This is sad, and kinda creepy :( This happened in Carol Beach, by my old house.... actually... the pictures I took of my car a couple of weeks ago.. is right where the bodies were found... and I was visiting a friend there on Friday.

Three bound bodies wash ashore
Saturday, June 19, 2004 Posted: 10:45 PM EDT (0245 GMT)

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wisconsin (AP) -- The bodies of a man and two children who had been tied together washed ashore Saturday from Lake Michigan, police said.

The three were fully clothed and had been in the water for at least several days, police Chief Brian J. Wagner said in a news release.

A resident had reported seeing the bodies on the shore about 11 a.m.

The victims' identities and the gender of the children were not yet known, police said. Authorities were checking with the Coast Guard and other agencies for missing persons reports.

Autopsies were to be performed by the Kenosha County Medical Examiner.

Pleasant Prairie is in the southeast corner of Wisconsin, just north of the Illinois state line.

OMG! That's horrible! So sad. :( How someone could do a thing like that is beyond me. :(

Well... I dunno if some one did THAT to them...

In a water emergency... sometimes, the adult ties the children to himself... they wernt wearing any life jackets, and no reports of missing boats or people has been filed in that area. :(

Jer, I was just going to put that they may have been out on a boat during the storms that we all experienced the last few days. Tie everyone together so you stay together. No life jackets? Not a good thing. Even if you are an expert swimmer always wear your lifejacket because you never know what will happen. This is such a sad story. Someone should have reported them missing by now.

Man... this is getting creepier... I guess they ARE treating it as a homicide now... I am pretty freaked out.. considering I used to walk that beach every day. :(

The family was from Chicago... and early reports say that they were weighed down with bags of sand. :(

All my former neighbors are freaking out to... Seeing them on every news channel/ and local reports now is kinda odd though... Its a really quiet upscale neighborhood... now there are Satellite news trucks parked all up and down Lake Shore Drive I guess..

:( That's truly a tragic thing. Have they said how old the children were?

The bodies of 45-year-old Kevin L. Amde, 3-year-old Tesla E. Amde and 6-year-old Davinci Amde were found by a resident Saturday on a beach in Pleasant Prairie, Police Chief Brian J. Wagner said.
