I think we are getting our last cold weather for the year this weekend.

The sun is warm, but it is very windy (15-20 mph) and it is a cold wind

current temp 59º, high today 69º

Construction is not going well. DH has hit a major blurp in the plumbing, necessitating numerous trips to the hardware store whilst muttering lanuguage unsuitable for a family forum. I am dispensing tea and sympathy (and, after 5 p.m., something stronger), but what I would REALLY like to do is HIRE A PROFESSIONAL!!! :brick:
