Did they meet guests after the taping?
You must not be aware how Phil & Melissa operate MK entertainment. They were only there because ABC was footing the bill, no way they would have actually plussed the guest experience for even one set. I'm sure they will be happy in a few weeks when they don't have to have LTM rammed down their throats anymore

Pre-Toontown, Mickey's Birthdayland was originally themed as Duckburg, as I recall. (Not that that's nearly as cool as what you guys are imagining).
This is correct. And I loved being able to walk those streets (even though they were just simple backdrop sets made out of wood, some of the details were neat!

Take that, multiply it by 1000, and you got the new Duckburg!

No, but everyone should write or email Guest Relations asking for them.
I agree if you want to see the nephews or other seldom seen characters the more letters the better. Maybe they will keep the long lost friends events going if they do

Here's some pictures I found if anyone's feeling nostalgic. I didn't dig very deep so if anyone has more to share please do, looks like a cool area.

The MK has a overload of entertainment if you really think about it. To say that to have three extra characters that most day guest would hardly recognize is the problem. Sadly LTM would draw most people in to see them.

The problem with MK character entertainment is they staff it the same for a 15,000 day or a 75,000 day. If they really wanted to save money they should be able to scale up and down accordingly. Nephews in Santa hats with their uncles at the tree lot would be a cool add for December. Heck it would be cool for the Christmas parties but they don't even do it there

Err, stoners.

Haha! Great to see them pulled out of the storage shed and dusted off, though. Wish more characters could come out of hiding.

And for the love of all that's unholy, bring back Ducktales. That and tailspin were some of my favorite shows.
