How would you feel if Disney decided to no longer offer fireworks?

What is amazing is that Disney does it daily!!! A top Shelf fireworks display every night!

...and in multiple parks on the same night then occasionally multiple times per night in the same parks. Disney burns more propane on each showing of Illuminations than I burn to heat my house for the winter in the Northeast.

It wouldn't suprise me if Disney in the future were to cut down the number of days per week fireworks are offered. Staring with just Monday nights, then Tuesdays... They've already reduced the number of Fantasmic shows.

I'm pretty sure Fantasmic! has been running twice nightly for quite some time now.

I would be very disappointed! I love the fireworks! The MK fireworks on my last night of my honey moon last year was magical. :D

Well, I concur. Disney's" magical flames" would be extinguished for me.:(
I would still visit the parks though!

Yup. TDO has quietly and tacitly acknowledged what a disaster that was by returning Fantasmic to twice a night during the busy periods and once a night the rest of the year.

No fireworks.... not something I want to even think about. That's a Disney difference that sets them apart from other parks.

It wouldn't matter. Most of the time I don't take the time to watch them. I don't remember fireworks when we started going in 1976. We went for the attractions.

I would miss them mainly because I've seen them so many times over the years that I'm one of those people who like to hit the rides with shorter lines while the hoards of people pack in front of the castle. Plus, if you are a newbie to disney (especially with kids under 4) fireworks are a big wrap up to a great day in the park so it's a must see...after all we all grew up watching disney shows/movies that start off showing tink, a splash of fireworks, and the castle. we're already preprogramed to want them there.

It would not be the same. Fireworks at disney are just so part of the magic that there would be something lacking. It would be like if they redid all of the spiels in just English, voiced by a computer synthesizer.
