How realistic are the representations of each country in EPCOT?

Too late - they already hired four experts...

I thought that was the group in charge of future innovations at the parks. o_O

Agreed, but one thing disney did right then wrong was to have beaver tails then wrong when they took them away :(
Number one question we used to get from guests was "Where are the beaver tails?"

I've never had one, but I'm not really into sweets. I agree they need a Tim Horton's (the top suggestion from CMs) and I actually think it was Beaver Tails AND/OR something to do with the Federal Govt that stopped them from selling at Disney anymore. It's been 7 years since I worked there so it's fuzzy but I recall it wasn't something that Disney decided.

As Canadians we are pretty used to Americans not having a clue about us at all. If people in Pennsylvania are clueless about Canada people in Florida will be too, and it's true. That being said, Epcot does alright with Canada.

obviously this is only a tiny tiny part of China, but i've been to the temple of heaven in Beijing, and the EPCOT recreation of it looks incredibly similar (all be it slightly smaller). They did a fantastic job at recreating that specific landmark.

Pic I took in China: (unfortunately a dreary day!)
