How much rain does it take?

Tornado Warnings!

We were in Adventureland when a huge storm hit. We found shelter quickly underneath the "Dole Whip" area and sat. It was about 1/2 hour to maybe even 45 minutes before we were able to walk around in just the rain safely.

The CM told us to stand by. I said where do you take guests during a tornado? He said down underneath MK. Really? Wow!

But, we stayed and were able to just basically ride all we wanted everywhere for the next 2 hours! It was awesome!:)

The main factor is probably time of day - people will tend to clear out more if it's after 2 or so, or whenever they feel like they've gotten their money's worth ;)

I have to say though, rain is definitely a pixie dust enhancer!

" The warm rain will melt them but were ok as were from Scotland.":sohappy:

You have competition my friend. Native Floridian here. If it doesn't rain the afternoon during the summer I actually worry. Rain doesn't scare us and I hope it's miserable this weekend as a matter of fact.
