How Much Longer Will Coke Dominate WDW?

Cherry Pepsi still exists in the states. Are you saying it doesn't?
Cherry Pepsi (and Diet Pepsi) totally does, but I haven't seen Cherry Pepsi Max (or its new name, Cherry Pepsi Zero Sugar) in about a year or so.

Moxie is an acquired taste since its flavorants are anise and liquorice along with some secret ingredients
The secret ingredient is New Englander grit and spirit ;)

Anyway - back to discovering more obscure regional sodas (or 'Tonics' as they are called in New England).

Is Bubble-Up still made/popular anywhere I've seen a few painted signs on barns in New England and of course the reference in 'Rainbow Stew'
Slight clarification... it is only called tonic in Boston. I lived in New England for 63 years and that is the only place that I ever heard that word used and then by only one person. (Pronounced taa-nic)

I'm a Bostonian and these days you rarely hear tonic. My 80-something mother in law said it all the time and you'll see it on signs in old packies (liquor stores) that haven't changed much since the 60s, but folks under 40 just say soda.

Speaking of regional drinks and my favorite "soft" drink; Yuengling Beer. A Pennsylvania beer. Available at EPCOT. So Coke can leave but don't touch this one.
