How much do the houses in Celebration go for?

Wow, I never realized that they cost so much.

I live in NJ. The price for a house in Celebration that is comparable to what I own here was about 100K more. And, the property taxes on the home were...believe it or not, DOUBLE what mine are in NJ (and I have much more land here).

Not callin' you a liar, I just ain't buyin' it.

We looked for a house for our daughter in Princeton NJ and they were roughly $500,000.00 and taxes were $15,000.00 a year.

The assesed value of my home here is a lot and I pay only 16,000.00 a year.

I don't know how taxes could be double?

Anybody know if the rumor that Artisan Park will NOT be the final section is true or not.I have heard that there maybe more new developments in Celebation due to the popularity there.

Don't like Artisan Park... although it's in Celebration, most of the citizens hate it...
They should have stopped building after South Village...
