How many WDW "D" logos remain on property?

The logo for Walt Disney World from 1971-1995...

...has been gradually disappearing over the years since the current WDW Resort font was phased in throughout WDW's 25th Anniversary in 1996/97.

About a year ago, the ferry boat sign from the MK to the TTC removed the old logo, as well as those small signs attached to ropes blocking pathways for events were updated and no longer feature the old logo.

(While the original WDW font and logo are dated by today's standards, the concept of a unique font, and logo featuring a giant D with a global mickey face in it, makes since IMO, and works....but not as a bold 70s font, rather it needs some re-imagineering.)

I know some retro merch has brought back the D logo, but how many other places does the logo exist now?

All I can think of are the smokestacks on the ferries, and the sewer covers.

Only on some...They are being phased out, too.

They're not being phased out so much as they've just forgotten to put them back on a couple of the trains they've painted recently. Not intentional.

The real logo seems to be making a little of a comeback lately, actually. I wouldn't be surprised to see the generic script logo go away eventually and the original comeback like it did at Disneyland.

It should be noted that manhole covers are being slowly replaced with ones that have 'RCID' instead.

Ah, so it was you.

Well, hope the trains get them. What trains are missing them?

Ferries,sewer caps,survey markers,monorails....

I love seeing it,and it seems aa though they've kept the logo on classic WDW items.

Manhole lids can be replaced, if they're really wanting to phase it out. But the survey markers are pretty much here to stay. Unless they do work in an area that requires removing and replacing one of those markers, it's almost impossible to remove them, and very expensive.

That seems like a waste of money to me, those things aren't cheap.

Ah! Many of the attraction posters in the entry tunnels to the MK still have the old WDW font and logo on them...you know because the Tomorrowland poster has been there since 1994. :lookaroun
