'Standard' probably isn't the right word. Limit maybe? If you're slower than that they take you off the course. But they're a lot more lenient on the 5Ks and closer to finish when you're in the park.

I guess I am at 552.8 now unless we do count the half I ran at Disney lol.

Now, this is a fun thing, no one is verifying miles. I think if you did 'Grumpy' miles on Saturday you should include whatever you ran. Because that was awesome.
