How many fast passes in a day

So with all the info on Fastpass + I think what is bothering me is I feel like u can easily do more than 3 fastpasses in a day with the current system .

Am I wrong that for seasoned people we will get fewer fastpasses than normal?
Honestly this is probably the end of annual Disney vacations for us. FP was the only thing that made the lines bearable.

I do not want to do advanced FP! I want to be able to decide what park I want to go to that day and get fast passes when I get there. If I have to schedule them in advance I will not go anymore to Disney!

Wow- I thought you could do both?? I thought you could schedule your fastpass+ experiences in advance and then use fastpass in the parks just like you normally would? Am I totally screwed up on this?
Unfortunately, if you go on to the Disney Park website and check under the Park's terms and conditions you will see under "going paperless" that if you opt into the fp+ system, you cannot use the old fp system. So at this point I would decided to stay with the old, because as others have stated, with only 3 fp's allowed under the new system, our touring schedule is shot. But again, as others have pointed out, how long will they keep the old machines around and even if they do, how many traditional fp's will be available after many are grabbed up by fp+?

Again lots of misinformation in this thread....wait until it is rolled out.
You WILL be able to use regular fastpass in the park on the day of the visit above and beyond the three that you have preselected (if you even want to preselect any)...But it is also true that they will NOT be on paper -- they will be electronically delivered to your RFID card or wristband, whichever you have associated with your personal ID number...

I really hope you are right, but what I am reading on Disney's website would seem to indicate this will not be the case. How would you interpret the following sentences from the park terms & conditions under "Converting to Paperless" - "You are required to convert paper tickets and passes in order to make and use Fastpass+ selections. Once you convert a ticket or pass you will no longer be able to participate in the standard Fastpass service upon arrival at the parks." ??
