Best of luck on getting those cakes done. Are you planning on having them both from the contemporary, or are you trying GF as well?

I've decided just to work with the Contemporary. It probably wouldn't have been a big challenge with my mom's cake, but I'd be battling them from the get go on even simple things like flavor for mine. Just not worth the stress.
