What has your average wait time been on hold to talk to dining???? I've been on hold for almost 30 minutes now!!!!

its a weekend so the waits will be longer then normal just hang in there are enjoy the music!! good luck hope you get all the ADRs you want and the times you wanted!!!

Haha wow that is a long time! I've waited on hold for 20 minutes with regular reservations. At least you get to listen to Disney music!

If I hear tiki room one more time I might loose my mind! At least it is a rainy icky day here in SC so i'm not missing anything. But i'm shocked - even for the new system - this is a ridiculously long time to be on hold.

So stupid me...I thought this couldn't be right and maybe i've just got into this weird phone loop in space so I hung up and called back. I did not press one this time and I spoke to a CM who told me that everyone who is trained on the new system is taking calls - but that not everyone is trained yet so that is why they are taking so long. They just don't have the quantity of CM's trained to take all the calls. She said that at this moment - it's about a 110 minute wait and there are 153 people in front of me!! So i'm back in the loop - should be around 2 pm when I talk to someone! Oh my! Thank goodness for free long distance on my cell! ha ha

Oh my. Can you call back later tonight? I love Disney as much as anyone, but I don't think I could sit on hold for 110 minutes. Wow.
