Thank you so much for this! My dream is to work as a character in the future. I have a couple of years left, but I'm still nervous about the whole process of being a character. To answer the question of the OP, it looks like they do as much as they want or until they're 27 by the looks of it. At least that was told by a former CM in the link below. (A must-read for anyone who wants to know what it is like being a princess at a Disney park.)

What about adults like Mary Poppins, Evil Queen, Lady Tremaine, etc. ?People can play a princess up until I believe they're in their late 20's, I think it is 27 and then they are asked to step down as they look too old to be portraying a 16 year old character.
I'm sure they are an exception lol I suggest watching this for what it is like to portray a Princess and what is required. What about adults like Mary Poppins, Evil Queen, Lady Tremaine, etc. ?
I totally agree!!!Well considering Snow White is approaching 76, I'd say she looks rather well for her age. Just sayin'.

Disney's come up with some pretty ugly looking hags ....
to mention a few.... So there is hope when the hair turns gray, the waistline fills out and the wrinkles appear....
We got a really (sorry to say) ugly aurora at Norway. I couldn't believe anyone would have chosen this woman. I'm trying to think that maybe the person doing the hiring was blind!!!
Here's a picture of a strange looking Ariel that I found. She looks more like a villain to me.
