How long do female CMs get to play a princess?

To answer the question of the OP, it looks like they do as much as they want or until they're 27 by the looks of it. At least that was told by a former CM in the link below. (A must-read for anyone who wants to know what it is like being a princess at a Disney park.)

Here's a picture of a strange looking Ariel that I found. She looks more like a villain to me.

to mention a few.... So there is hope when the hair turns gray, the waistline fills out and the wrinkles appear....

I would assume Disney would just give them the "Charlize Theron Treatment"
