The food and atmospehereare good I believe remy still comes by. IMHO the Bistro de Paris upstairs is better.
It's a good place, excellent food (and drink 
), and for the most part the servers we have had were polite and in tune with the needs of my kids and less-than-adventurous wife. I will say the meal wasn't the cheapest we've enjoyed at WDW, but considering we always seem to go back there, it's well worth trying the restaurant at least once. :wave:

To play the other side...we very much did not like this place. Very loud. Very crowded. I ordered the 3 course w/lobster bisque, macaroni de gratin and chocolate profs. The bisque was very good but i only had a few bites before they brought my food. I was very rushed. The macaroni was awful. So dry and bland. No flavor at all.
With Coral Reef, Le Cellier, Tutto Italia and Teppan Edo in EPCOT...we wouldn't waste our time here again.

I've eaten at all the restaurants in World Showcase, and this one ranks at the top for me along with Le Cellier. Authentic Parisian atmosphere. Incredible French Onion Soup, Baguette Breads, and Desserts. Always had wonderful service, and it's so magical when the maitre D brings Remy by your table.
Lunch is much quieter than dinner, and there are fewer children. There is a great lunch special that includes soup, quiche lorraine, and dessert for $20. I went here on my birthday, and they went above & beyond to make sure it was a memorable one.

So glad I saw this! I'm going to be eating here for the first time ever on a trip in two weeks. It was last minute [I was originally supposed to be going to California, plans obviously changed 3 weeks from leaving!] so I saw where this was a rather busy place .. liked the idea since I would be eating table service alone and honestly, I really want to try the French Onion Soup!

Does Remy just come to the Chef's table or does he travel around all the tables? Lunch or just dinner? No big deal either way, just curious! I thought I had read he was at the Chef's Table.

He comes through Le Chefs de France - to all the tables. Well he rolls by on a cart, but he makes the rounds.

This is something that a lot of people seem to miss.
It says brasserie right on the window of the place

Brasseries are much larger than bistros. The bistro tends to be a casual restaurant with only a few entrees. The Brasserie offers a more extensive entrée selection. Small bistros may have great food, and some are run by world-class chefs to showcase their food in small and intimate atmospheres. In contrast the Brasserie is not small, and frequently loud, though the food may be just as good.
It is true to what it is supposed to be. I realize that many people may not realize this going in, but the place is remaining true to form, and not 'dumbing down' which is refreshing in the land of EPCOT.
