I'm not honestly sure that you can delete your account entirely. Is there a specific reason you would need to? I would think just not logging into it ever again would really be the same thing as deleting it. It's not like it's an online banking account or anything like that.

You can't delete your account due to the nature of forums being threaded conversations. Removal of an account can delete entire threads (if the poster is the first poster in a thread), or could leave orphaned posts.

Exactly. Just stop posting. Removing all of your posts would also "delete" you.

And you could also probably edit your profile, delete/alter anything that might be used to identify you.
