How close are all the parks?

I probably wouldn't be planning on doing any park hopping (or very little) except for the fact that we have a young child so will be taking resort breaks most days. So going back to a different park will usually make sense. At least that's what I'm planning on.

It isn't hard and doesn't take too long. If you're taking the bus and have an ADR to make in another park, I'd give it 90 minutes. That 90 minutes takes in waiting for the bus, riding it, waiting for bag check, waiting for turnstiles/tapstiles and walking to the restaurant. It probably won't take 90 minutes, but if everything took a long time, it could!

I hopped a lot on all my trips. It makes the planning easier.

But a trip with no hopping is not hard to do, either. If you want to save a few bucks, ate a great way to do it! :)

Absolutely! How long it takes to get between parks depends on the parks you're going to. For example, Epcot to the Studios is about a 20 minute walk or a boat ride. I'd allot at least an hour, maybe more, to get anywhere else though, just in case you have to wait a while for the next bus/monorail. A nice way to plan park hopping is to go to one park in the morning, take an afternoon break, then go to another park in the evening.

This response is PERFECT!!! lol

I say YES to park hopping!!! When we do AK in the am we don't want to go back there again at night... We usually go back to the hotel in the afternoon for a swim break or nap and then go to Epcot or MK at night. We always take some sort of hotel break in the middle of the day to recharge our bodies so we can stay up later in the evening. Having the park hopper option gives you endless opportunities for your trip especially if you decide to change your mind mid-day. Good luck! :)
