I've read that lines are hours long at Epcot. Obviously, less people are on board than in Epcot but DD5 & DD3 really want to meet Anna! Hopefully the whole boat isn't in line!

How are the lines to meet Anna on Fantasy?

All depends on when she's around. We had the late seating the week of Jan. 11, and Wednesday night came out of dinner at about 9:30 right as she came out for photos, and there were only two families in line before us. Generally if she's around in the evening, that's your best bet. Also, she's ADORABLE, so you'll get some great pictures. 
Where does she meet?

In the Atrium, near Royal Court. They have a Frozen backdrop they set up there.

We met her on the Fantasy near the Walt Disney Theater in November. The line wasn't bad at all. NOTHING like the parks right now.

She's got a great costume too...they did an amazing job of translating the animated costume into the real world. The detailing on her boots, for instance, is spectacular.
