A 5th park is not needed at this point. There actually are expansion plots in Epcot, and AK for sure. I believe there is an expansion plot for MK and DHS also.
The other thing is the parks need more changes than what is already announced. What I am getting at is take a look at SGE right now for MK. Imagination is an issue that Disney hasn't addressed in announcements for Epcot redo.
DHS actually need more after Toy Story Land and Star Wars Galaxies Edge. Animation Courtyard does need something to be done soon and Disney needs to address Beauty and the Beast live on stage and Voyage of the little mermaid at that park also.
