Gotta go.
Mom's birthday today.
I bought her a new comforter for her bed. And I'm going to stop and pick up a box of her Entenmann's Chocolate Chips. She'll love the cookies, hate the comforter.
Just for the record, my parents, neither one of them, has ever in the entire course of my lifetime, liked a gift I have given them. And neither were the sort to just be nice about it either. I should be in therapy. :dazzle:

We have different voices - I don't like the female - it probably goes back to childhood memories or something. I prefer the British guy.

We can change ours too, we just haven't played around w/ it that much yet. And now it would feel like we're cheating on Sally...that's what we call her. :lookaroun

Yes - I took it with me to NH last week just to see what it would do, and on the way home I had to stop and reprogram it because it wanted me to exit off 95 South and go onto 95 North. Apparently it doesn't understand my feelings about snow!

Last week there was an accident up in NY where a guy visiting from California was driving at night, and his GPS led him onto train tracks. He made it out in time, but his car got smashed.

Ours gets confused sometimes if we're on the freeway and there's a local road running parallel...and once it tried to get us to turn left when there was an island in the way. :hammer: But other than that it's been ok so far.

went back to bed after the 6:30 school bus and just woke up (well I'd still be sleeping if the phone hadn't rang), just slight behind schedule now...I'll catch up with you all later.

They're definitely not perfect, but they are kind of fun.
