Hoop Dee Doo Review?

Just booked our 180 day reservations this morning!:)
Tried to book the HDDR and the CM I spoke to couldn't even pull it up to check on it. I know that it's been posted on the boards about people not being able to make reservations the month of October, but I was wondering if anyone knew any other information about a refurb or anything?
The CM that I spoke to this am seemed very confused about it. :shrug: Too bad too, I was really looking forward to doing this again.

I can speak to the making ADR's on-line part. I tried for September and I couldn't. I had to call and do it over the phone. I got everything I wanted but it was frustrating. When I called, the CM said that for some reason, it works for some people and not for others. No real rhyme or reason. However, she was able to pull up everything.

I would call back and see if another CM could pull it up. It might have just been a temporary glitch.

I just tried to make one via the online system. And it let me pull it up - but just said there was nothing available.

I am booked for the Hoop-Dee-Doo for the end of september and didn't have any problems... I stay away from the online systems. It was much easier calling.

Thanks.. I did call to book everything because the on line system wasn't working for me. Thanks for the input. I think i might try again.

I just called concerning the HoopDeeDoo iin October and the CM couldn't pull up any reservations. I told her about the refurb rumors so she called the special Help line that the agents have. She was told that they are having issues uploading the reservations for October so try again later. Take that for what it's worth... :shrug:
