^Careful....

My vote goes to Magic Journeys. The flared trousers can be a perfect match for Impressions de France :D

I want to bring back Figment and Dreamfinder in 3-D.

*crosses fingers*
i hope so too! i miss dreamfinder.........and the real figment
not that HISTA isnt a good show, i love when the mice come by and you can listen to the audience's screams from the front row all the way to the back. its a great effect, but dreamfinder, to me anyways, is more important

heh
i think it would be a little creepy actually
dreamfinder popping out of a screen into my face

but hey they could do like a bugs life thing with it and have dreamfinder just sorta appear around the room and stuff

think of all the mischeif figment could get up to in 3 D

I never thought The Incredibles was meant to be futuristic. Superpowers aren't some new cutting edge technology - they're from comic books. Future World is better off without The Incredibles moving in.

Didn't a recent new rumor call for the total reworking of the pavilion, including the way traffic flows? I believe I read that Disney found many guests who visited one attraction in the pavilion never made it to the other. When the ride goes down, they'll take the whole pavilion down in order to fix that problem. Did I read this here, or am I dreaming?

As for the rumor that the attraction will be taking over the current theater space... I hope that doesn't happen. It seems like that would be an unnecessary step since the main attraction space is already two floors. I'm sure WDI can come up with something totally new for the theater rather than just ripping it out. I think having more than one attraction in each pavilion (where there is space, of course) is a good thing. (The Land is an especially good example of that.) And the Imagination is limitless, so why remove a perfectly useful theater that can be a blank canvas for all kind of new ideas in the future?

Yes, this was a rumor here, although I think you might have misinterpreted it. The way both attractions exit was going to be changed to facilitate people visiting both.

There aren't plans to get rid of the Magic Eye Theater, although there are plans to get rid of HISTA. I know some speculate that Figment will completely take over the pavilion (meaning he would be in both the film and the ride, not meaning that his ride would be expanded, demolishing the theater) and I wouldn't be surprised if that happened.

You can't the popularity for a huge theater show by saying it was "only 0-10 minute wait". While you can surely get into any show just by walking up 5 minutes prior nowadays, the shows still consistently fill up. It doesn't matter if there isn't a 2 hour wait for an attraction if it's at capacity most of the time.

Ah - that's the trick though.

HISTA is not running at capacity. Rather then having continous shows, they have them every 30mins. This was done because running the film as it was designed lead to half empty or less shows.

If HISTA drops any further in popularity it will be facing closure - in my opinion it should of already been replaced.

Merf you may be right on a lot of things, but this is not currently correct. In fact, as of right now the show is running continuously and not the "on the hour and half hour" that it usually does. It usually does run the 30 minute routine, but it is not right now.

Well foo, looks like it rebounded.

Is it for a set time period or is it back to daily operation as such? Like, is this just for the closure of SSE?

Again, foo, i want that film change. :P

This brings up an interesting point.

I never liked this HISTA or the new figment. Probably because of the whinny english guy. I seem to always feel uncomfortable when I watch these English guys. I geuss because they are always on Infomercials trying to get you to by useless crap.

I would agree to a point. Though we were there while all of the groups were also visiting (Europe and Brazil). All other shows/movies of popularity were full early with a wait. Walk-ins to HISTA, Circle of Life and at certain times Tought to be a Bug were about it.

I don't have anything against HISTA, I just think they're getting to crazed with the 3-D movie concept.

It doesn't help if you can see a Disney Digital 3D movie a short drive from your own home.

I am ALL ABOUT Captain EO...but definitely not permanently (which I doubt would even be an option). I know this would never happen, but it would be kinda cool.

I definitely would LOVE to see a Figment/Dreamfinder 3-D movie. But pretty much ANYTHING new would be welcome to replace HISTA. I don't even bother seeing it anymore when I'm there. Not when there are much better 3-D movies in the other parks.
