Here is a look at the 2016 edition of Reflections of Earth with Peace on Earth finale.
The whistlers at the very end sound fantastic!

Still bitter they took them out of the main show tbh
It's a super nice day in Orlando today and Epcot is pretty crowded. Christmas drunkenness has taken over Food and Wine drunkenness. Ridic...
And apparently Disney wasn't ready for it. The park ran out of several of the Holiday F&B offerings before the start of the evening. Tamales, fondue, gluhwein, all 86ed for the day prior to 5 or 6pm and there may have been other items out as well. I only know about those specific ones because I tried to order each of them.
Not sure if this was a matter of Disney completely missing on their forecast or getting way too agressive in cutting production to prevent F&B waste. Either way, it was an absolute joke.
Doesn't the park close at 7:00?I had my sugar cookie, Cocoa Candy Cane, watched the 5PM candlelight processional then walked over to DHS, which emptied out as soon as the 6:45 Jingle Bell, Jingle Bam was over.
Maybe on weekends it's open later? Not sure. I am sure that I wish me and kiddo could be in that park next Friday!Doesn't the park close at 7:00?

Did you have a place where you could type a response, or multiple choice only?View attachment 179604 View attachment 179603 Just did my survey
I had several places in the survey to type out my thoughts which I was honest about.Did you have a place where you could type a response, or multiple choice only?
Saw the POE tag tonight. I don't know what happened, but if felt like the grand finale kind of sputtered to the end. The big wall of fireworks just wasn't there and neither was the "I can't hear myself think" seconds of boom at the end. What a letdown to an otherwise great show.
Maybe it was an off night? Will come back later this week to see it again.
I have a couple of questions about the storytellers (I don't believe I've ever been to Epcot for the Christmas holiday season, so I'm looking forward to the trip next year)-
- Are they typically the same offerings every year?
- What is the quality like? One of my favorite things about Epcot is how I can usually have no schedule in the afternoon, but I'd like to go from country to country to see the storytellers if they're good.

If you go here: https://www.youtube.com/user/InsideTheMagic/videos and scroll down a bit, they have a video of each of the holidays story-tellers. You can check them out for quality.
They generally are the same each year, though, Norway, I believe is new (they had simultaneous Vikings and Gnomes streetmosphere!)
