If thats the case, then you might want to make sure your iPod is fully charged, because I think the music is all holiday all the time during December.

I can understand in SOME spots of the park...but what about the lopps used for thematic transitions?! Like Innoventions? Imagination? The Land? This kinda ignores that....

To be honest, I'm not sure. I want to say pavilion BGM remains the same, but I wasn't really paying attention last visit to tell you for sure. But common areas of FW do play holiday tunes.

I agree. We're putting up our decorations next Wednesday. All this "Turkey Before Tree" business is nonsense. Thanksgiving is not something you celebrate in the same regard as Christmas. Moreover, Christmas decorations and music are generally gorgeous, while Thanksgiving revolves around Pilgrims, a turkey, and the color brown. Not exactly something that makes people crazy about decorating and celebrating. I say let the 'free market' decide; until Thanksgiving proponents get their acts together and come up with some stellar decorations and music, Christmas wins.

It is not that long until Christmas, and I think it's fine to start celebrating early.

We are already done shopping and are putting our tree up at our house next weekend because we are leaving home on Dec 18th for Disney World and won't be home until Jan 3rd. We have a 4yr old and feel that he should see a tree at home before we leave and we will also put up a tree in our Timeshare when we get to Orlando. My son sat on Santa's lap at the Yankee Candle factory last month and told him to remember we would be in Florida for Christmas and not Massachusetts this year.:xmas:
See ya soon!!!

They should do Christmas > EPCOT loop transitions for the whole month of November, and then just have mostly Christmas for December.

Does anyone know if they will run a soft opening for the Osborne lights a day or two before the offical opening on Tue? I have someone in town who leaves Tues morning who would love to see it. I was hoping to take her there on Mon night to take the chance.

Christmas tree

This is such a tease. I love Christmas and we have 28 days until our trip. I just want to skip Thanksgiving this year and go right to Christmas. I can't wait to decorate before we leave and then see all the decorations in WDW for the first time.

The stores up here have had decorations and trees going up since Halloween. I think it's way too early...we don't need 2 months of Christmas!! It's just too long and it take some of the magic out of it.
