Hiring Freeze seems to be ending.

It seems Disney is gradually starting to lift the hiring freeze, after being on the application lists since May i finally got offered an interview at casting this morning for next week.

Great! I'm quitting my current job today to sit by the phone. This is the best plan I've ever had, second only to lottery tickets as a retirement plan.

I'm jealous, wish I had a chance to work @ a park for a while.

they actually email you nowadays to set up the interview, sitting by the phone won't help!!!

I know that profesionally a few more opening have come around, but things are still very slow. It has improved from terrible to dismal.

Good luck on your interview! This is very good news that should only, if not all what we all have heard on the threads, certain situations that people have gone thru at certain places they have eaten or attractions that have not gone well.
