High chairs at the Resort

My wife and I are planning a trip in October with our daughter (who will be 20 months) and will be staying at the Boardwalk Villas.

One thing she was curious about was if the Boardwalk resort has high chairs available for in-room use. I know the villas offer a pack-n-plays, but wasn't sure about high-chairs.

Thanks!

They have the regular hig chairs you find at restaurants in every food area..

At the child care centers they have the ones you would have at home with a tray but the ones elsewhere do not have the trays..you just push them up to the table

Oops. Should have clarified that as hotel rather than resort. :hammer:

There aren't any highchairs that you can take to your room - to my knowledge. And the closest highchairs will be at the food court/ resturants in your resort (once again, not for taking to your room) and they will be the "trayless" kind.

Sounds like you may want to invest in one of those folding high chairs that strap to a regular chair. We always used one when our kids were this age - it folded into a nice neat square and we could strap it to the chair in the hotel room for our little one to eat at while we were in the room. About $25 at Target.

Thanks for the info and link. The high chair we have is the kind that straps to the chair, but is not foldable like this one. This one looks perfect for travel. Thanks!

I stayed at BW Villas last year and they have the restaurant-style high chairs in the rooms- in the hall closet. You can call the resort to confirm.

Every villa I've stayed in (BWV, Saratoga Springs, OKW) has had a highchair in the closet. Actually, not the studios, come to think of it. However, the villas with a kitchen have always had one.

You can call and request a highchair. It never hurts to ask!
