Anyone have a picture of them?

Somewhere on this forum, I read a post from someone that said their friend goes around taking pictures of the trash cans at the parks, now I think I know why, and I might actually try it too.

Several props and furniture from the Adventurers Club at Pleasure Island have been repurposed / placed throughout D Street at Downtown Disney.

I need to eat at Backlot Express next time at the Studios. Looks like fun! Is the Horizons hovercraft the only one? I thought one made its way to the backlot tour in Paris along with a couple other examples of future transportation from Horizons?

Stepping into the Wayback Machine with Mr. Peabody.....

IIRC, some of the AA figures in the train holdup scene at WOM, were originally intended for the Western Rivers Expedition.

Also, one of the FW train cars was used in the Christmas display in 1992 at the Village. It was next to the Captains Tower. (pin Trading Station for you FNG's):)

Also in Phantom Manor at DLP in the Phantom Canyon sequence many of the citizens are from World of Motion and one special person...Dreamfinder is the Mayor.

Hahahah, now THAT is funny!

I wish I could confirm it!

Wish no more.

UoE's Ellen trying to fight back an Elasmosaurus.

WOM's milkman trying to control his horse.

Aside from the face, hair and outfit, the only other big change they made was to the legs. Ellen stands upright, while Milkman was leaning backwards.

WOM closed January 6 1996, UoE re-opened with Ellen in September.

Really? I thought the Ellen AA was a state of the art AA (back in 96', I think it was said to have more movements then the wicked witch in TGMR, ..updated complince). o_O I'm not sure though :)

Boy are your right! I actually tracked down some ride videos of Toad at Disneyland and WDW and can't find this figure anywhere. Generally a WDI figure sculpture is really expensive which is why things get re-used, so that makes this figure a real mystery. Good work

Poor Mr. Toad...

Yeah this... Sure I can see the similarities but the Ellen AA is (or was) the most state of the art and expensive AA on property. I remember watching a video of them programming her movements on one of those History channel type shows back in the mid-90's and they were talking about how they had developed a whole new system for her etc. and she was essentially the first of many planned "advanced AAs."

UoE and WOM did both close in January of 1996 however UoE reopened, half finished, in June of 1996 to handle the summer crowds. The Ellen AA had already been installed when this happened and was hidden behind a bush until the new story line was put in place. After the summer rush it closed for only a couple weeks before it reopened with the entirely new story (and the unhidden Ellen AA). Sure it's possible that between January and June they had moved the AA but it doesn't jive with everything else I've seen/heard/read about her's.
