avast mateys!! lol now this might seem sort of strange but when i last went to disney world i rode the new potc ride then of course the gift shop. i was looking around and suddenly i was looking up at the pots and other decor. you know on the high shelves where guests cant reach them? haha and i saw something that looked really familiar it was a cursed aztec gold coin necklace! i was like is that the actual one? the real deal??? any one else notice this?

note: do not try to get it down, my dad picked me up and i went for it :lookaroun and a CM told him to put me down. bummer i would have had that darn necklace! (well an other one any way lol) i'd prolly be cursed though oh and it is on a chain you cant see it though. cant see the clasp either.

ok when you get out of the ride keep going stright then just look for that redish vase. it should be at the very end i think it was above t-shirts and mugs if im not mistaken. (i saw it in july)
make sure to take pictures if you see it and if you get it.:wave: hahah

Couldn't that have just been something that was planted as a "hidden mickey" type gag when the shop was redone? In which case, everyone is talking about stealing a prop/decoration that is Disney property.

Am I correct in this assumption?

Yes its more than likely a prop, as are the rest of the items on the top shelf in the gift shop. Attempting to take it would be considered stealing and could get you banned from the parks. I would recommend against it.

If you want a necklace then I suggest you buy one of the ones they have for sale.

yeah sry for this but it is the real one the key is also there now too. i asked some one on an other forum the CM said it was the one keira wore in the 1st movie the key is real too
