I would do a few things.
- I'd up the age for free entry up to 4-years old.
- I would eliminate the entire Fast Pass system, paper or digital. Everything would be standby only.
- Park hours would be extended during busy days - Magic Kingdom open til midnight, EPCOT open til 11p, the Studios open til 10p and Animal Kingdom open til 10p.
- Late evening Extra Magic Hours would return for all 4 parks and also include the water parks during busy times: Magic Kingdom til 2 or 3am, EPCOT til midnight, Studios til midnight and Animal Kingdom til 11pm. Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach would be til 9p.
- Park merchandise would become special again. So you would see things only sold in specific lands/areas or pavilions in all 4 parks.
- Any and all areas closed and and currently sitting empty would open including the Odyssey and Stitch. Wonders of Life would be fast-tracked for some sort of redo so it would re-open.
- Spectro Magic would return to the Magic Kingdom
- The middle and Deluxe Dining Plans would include appetizers and tips.
- Characters would be allowed to roam around again. Maybe not A-listers to avoid mobs though
- Entry gates would now include specific lines for people with strollers & ECVS and for those without those as well as separate turnstiles for APs
- Stroller sizes would be instituted. No big moving lockers SUVs anymore
- Newly hired CMs would be required to train an additional month before being on their own
- Characters would greet guests every morning and every park at the entrance areas and wave good-bye to guest leaving every single night.
- Music soundtrack albums for the parks would be released every 2-3 years with tons of previously unreleased tracks as well as new music debuting every release - past and present included.
- All resorts with a 2nd leisure pool would go back to having deep ends
- Any broken effects on any attraction would be fixed
- The Barker bird parrot would return somewhere in the PotC queue
- Misters would be installed in areas where guests are potentially exposed to prolonged heat such as outdoor queues, waiting areas or walkways
- A new Monorail fleet would be green-lit
- Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Parties would be cutback and not begin until the 3rd week of Sep.
- F&W would scale back in length and only occur from mid-Oct to mid-Nov.
- Upper management and executives would be required to mingle and talk with guests on a monthly basis as well as ride attractions and wait in the queues with guests. Positive and negative feedback welcome.
