First event will be held on Friday December 10 from 3pm - 5pm.
Also, event is NOT at EPCOT!!!! It will be at the Fantasia Ballroom at the Contemporary Resort.

I apoligize its the 10th... I squinted at the calendar on my wall when I posted this earlier....sorry for any confusion...its FRIDAY Dec 11th for the 1st Merry Mixer.....then it will be each THURSDAY after that.

Official info from DVC Member services this morning when I was booking my Sept 30-Oct 2 BLT room... JUST in case they have something cool going on for the 1st!

Just my luck. It seems that the last couple of years most of my group has been miles away from Epcot, rushing to get to the party before it ends. This year, I thought to alleviate this problem, I'll make late lunch reservations at Epcot and by the time we're done eating, we can mosey over to the party! Now, if we keep the lunch reservations, we'll be racing to the Contemporary! I can't win!
