In the forum rules thing (below this box) it says that I cant download attachments. whats up with that

I can't either...its probably us having slower computers or soemthing. i've had the same one for 3 years..that could be it? Dont really know, just a guess

Yeah, as stated above I believe only Premium members can post attachments.

Thanks for clearing that up. I thought that's what it was. But wasn't 100%.
