Help with Online Check-In!

I've got a quick question regarding online check-in that I'm hoping someone can help me with (maybe @Disneyfalcon ?!)

I'm in the process of completing Online check-in for my upcoming sailing, currently on the Pre- and Post-Cruise Information section.

At the bottom of the window, you select your Post-Cruise destination, and then enter how you're getting there (Disney transfers, Private Transfers, Rental Car, etc.) I have booked Disney transfers, but for some reason on the webpage, I cannot actually click "Disney Transfers" (it almost seems that the option is blocked out). Help?!

I would upload a photo of how this looks from my view but I've completely forgotten how, lol. If that would help someone to solve the issue I can try to do that in the meantime!

It did the same thing to me back in October. I just put private transfer. It was correct on the paperwork when it came from Disney, and we had no issues getting on the bus/van to the Contemporary that morning.

Have you already added the transfers with Disney?
If they are already added, they should show up as an option, but as @TheMouseFan said, it's okay if they don't! Just select private transfers for now, and check your confirmation to make sure they are there.
If they are not added, call and add them and they should appear as an option, although it may take a couple of days. In the meantime, select private transfers so you can get through to the end of online check in and select a port arrival time. You can go back and edit it in a few days.

Disney transfers never showed up for me either. I just chose private transfers and I was fine.
