Help with 1st trip

I've been to WDW at least 10 times and am planning a trip to DL this summer to meet up with my friend and her family. What airport is the closest? Also which is the best/cheapest shuttle service to the resorts? I guess I assumed that they had Magical Express out there too. Thanks!

Los Angeles International (LAX), John Wayne Airport (SNA), and Ontario Airport (ONT) are the three that are close to DL.

Don't know about the shuttles though, but there's no Magical Express here.

Since the OP's actual question was "What airport is the closest?" (and not simply a list of nearby airports, which anyone can look up), I'll answer the OP's question: John Wayne (in Orange County) is the definitely the closest. LAX and Ontario are both about 35 to 40 miles away. John Wayne is only about 13 miles away.

Whoa, sorry, misunderstood the question!:wave:

Those 3 airports are the closest to DL. What if there was a misunderstanding that San Diego was closer? I gave 3 options that are within a reasonable distance of DL.

DEFIANTELY fly into John Wayne/Orange County airport. It's much much closer and smaller. It's so easy to get around. It's about a 20-30 minute drive to Disneyland even with traffic! The shuttle service I always use is SuperShuttle. Extremely reliable great drivers, and usually ony 1 or 2 hotel stops. Here is the web site: http://www.supershuttle.com/
