When my parents stayed at AS Music a few years back my Mom left her sweater behind. A few weeks after they got home they got a postcard in the mail letting them know about the sweater. I think they had to call a phone number on the card and it was mailed back to them. Try calling the hotel and see if the hat was put in their lost and found.

Hello. Just thought I'd chime in with the number for Lost and Found. Try calling 407-824-4245. That's Theme Park Lost and Found (resort L&F also goes there). They're located at the TTC in the Kennel Club building.

My daughter left her cell phone in our room last sping at Pop Century. We didn't realize it was gone until we got home about a week later. We call the hotel and they had it in lost and found and had mailed us a post card stating we had left something behind. They told us Mickey would send that right home and we had it back within a few days.

Forget the whole idea of e-mailing someone for results.

PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL THE RESORT IF IT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU!

They may (or may not) have your item in their lost and found area and will most likely be glad to have you claim it from there.

I wouldn't expect Disney to ship it back to you for no charge, either, though it sounds like they have in the past.

Good Luck!

Disney didn't charge my sister when she forgot her Celtic ring in our WL room. Got it shipped back about a week later! :sohappy:

They know who the room was registered to and I'm sure this happens all the time. I'd call the resort directly to ask them about it.

Ok, a little girl sleeping with their favorite doll is cute. But when you mention that the favorite doll is Scar, that's when I say AWESOME!

Am I the only who thinks that total rocks? :p

On our last trip my husband was putting lotion on and took off his wedding band and placed it on the bed (stupid I know...) A few hours later we were standing in line in Magic Kingdom and I said "Where's your ring", he got this look of panic over his face and told me he left it on the bed. We thought there was no way it would ever be found being on the bed and all. We called the hotel and they found it and we got it back. I was very impressed!

I left all my souvenirs for everone one day. I drove 2 hours north of Disney and I was going to turn around but i called first and they said they would mail it for me.

We received a postcard from DISNEY asking if we had left anything behind. I guess you need to identify it in detail to claim it.

Problem is, we hadn't left anything behind. I wonder where they found it in our room? Had it belonged to a previous guest and gone overlooked or did DISNEY have our stay confused with another room?
