***Help****Swapping Out Family or Friends on a Reservation

Hey everybody, hopefully you guys might be able to help me out. I purchased a Room Only & Package Ressies last week with a friend of mine and myself. My friend told me earlier today that they won't be able to go. I contacted reservations to have my original friend swapped out for another friend of mine who's on my account. The CM did her thing and said that the change should be immediate on MDE. I go to the My reservations & tickets section to check and it still has the original friend's name on it. I then go into the Change reservation menu and it shows party of two my name & funny enough, the name was swapped out correctly. I then go into the MagicBands section and my original friend's MB orders are still there and can't be deleted. The CM tried her hardest to help me but in the end she gave me a phone number for their Internet Help Desk for me to call tomorrow if my changes still don't take affect. Has this situation happened to anybody? Any tips? What did you do to resolve the issue? Any info from you guys will be greatly appreciated. :)

You will probably have to call the Internet Help Desk. I had a similar issue a couple months ago. I called the Internet Help Desk after the CM I spoke with couldn't fix the issue, and the IHD rep I spoke to fixed the issue within 5 minutes. :) Just give them a call and I'm sure they can fix you right up!
