Hi all,
Have just booked the segway tour for our next trip. (Is this good??!?) The full amount has already been paid and processed!.........but all we have to show for it is our reservation number. The CM said that they didn't send confirmation emails for tour bookings.
Just looking for some comfort that other people had only their ressie #, no problems, etc? Would concierge at hotel be able to confirm booking?
