Help! Segway tour!

Hi all,

Have just booked the segway tour for our next trip. (Is this good??!?) The full amount has already been paid and processed!.........but all we have to show for it is our reservation number. The CM said that they didn't send confirmation emails for tour bookings.
Just looking for some comfort that other people had only their ressie #, no problems, etc? Would concierge at hotel be able to confirm booking?

I made it for the 9.30am tour, but now I'm thinking 'will they WS be open by the time we go around it'????

I would have to look back at our trip from last year, but I think I had my confirmation#. I don't even think they asked for it. The tour was GREAT!!! The training was very good and the segway is so much fun.

We've done it twice and never had any problems either. We also booked early so we would be done before World Showcase opened. It's a lot of fun!

Have now changed to the earliest time of 8.30am!
Not looking forward to see my phone bill as calling from the U.K. Has anyone else thought that Disney would be able to make tour reservations online??!

I have done the EPCOT one twice and the FW off road one once.

I have never received a confirmation email, just a number. I have never had a problem.

The learning curve on the Segways is quite shallow. You feel like you will fall and kill yourself, and then all of a sudden 10 minutes later you are close to expert. I had no problem with people in the WS, but it was nice when it was empty as well.

Yes! I would like to make tour reservations online. I was booking the Keys to the Kingdom tour and the CM was very nice but we kept running into days that were sold out. If it was on line and they were set up like the party tickets you could see what was available.

I've done many, many tours and never had anything other than a reservation number. I never even needed the number.
