hey jay....
if you have the latest version of IE, you should have the latest javascript...
maybe u should consider reloading IE over the top of the existing copy and see if that works.
this problem may be manifesting itself in other ways that u are not aware of by failing to utilize all the javascript features of web pages.

Jay....use this URL:
IE 5.5 Download
Scroll down on the page under "NEW RELEASES" and download the IE 5.5 (sp1) with Internet tools.
Just download it and it will install itself over the top of your current version while saving your current bookmarks with all the o sites.
If this doesn't work....try a 16 lb. sledge!
By the way, did anyone ever tell you that you look like a serial killer? Good grief....you belong on the WWF circuit!
PS: I hope u have a fast internet connection....otherwise, plan on packing a lunch while the file downloads. (or do it overnight)
