Help Needed With Grocery Order

Ok... this is the first time in a very looooong time that we will be on the DDP. I am not thrilled as my only experience with it was in 1997 and it was a horrible experience. We are staying at SSR and am mildly irritated about deviating from making use of the full kitchen... and having to eat out at least 2 meals/day.

That said, I have 2 teenaged boys and my boyfriend both of which can put a lot of food down in one sitting - and def need it to stay energized! I will also have BF's Mom, Step-Dad, 4yr old sis, and 2yr old nephew with us, whom are also on DDP (actually they are the whole reason we have the flippin plan in the first place:mad:). I have asked what they might need in our villa and she is very un-worried and leaving up to me (thinking this is a test :lookaroun), and I am at a loss of what to order for groceries and running out of time!

Here is what I have so far:
popcorn
bottle water
soda
cereal?? or poptarts??
milk
pb & j
bread
chips??
granola bars
fruit snacks

Desperate for suggestions!!

The 8-packs of crackers are a good suggestion, too! You also can't go wrong with the 'meal on the go' bars and crystal light packets to flavor your bottled water.

Hope that helps a little!

We usually get some breakfast food so we can use our 2 meal credits in the parks for lunch and dinner.

I think you're on the right track with snacks but you may also want to plan on things like muffins, bagels, eggs and assorted condiments for these, anything you think you would need for a good breakfast.

I found having a full early breakfast in the room means you can get to the park at opening time and make use of the attractions for a few hours before you get hungry enough for lunch. A good assortment of breakfast foods mean you don't have to have the same thing every day

How about butter for toast, sandwich meat and cheese for late night snacks, crackers, juice, eggs, bacon, hot dogs, rolls, s&p, fruit, ziploc bags......
