Help! My son loves watching Krissa

Just back from a hot week in WDW.

We had a great time. Got my kids to go on lots of things they hadn't been on before (my five year old might need therapy after Tower of Terror!!) :brick:

One other reason he may need therapy is he loved Krissa and her "top seven must sees in WDW" on RESORT TV. He must've watched it at least 20 times. :brick:

Anytime we were in our room, he would ask, "you think Krissa is on now?" and he would watch it. His favorite line was how you get the "waterpark wedgie at no extra charge" after taking on Summit Plummit.

Anyhow, just thought I'd share that harrowing experience with you guys. Otherwise, the trip was fantastic (as usual). Mission Space was awesome, Tower of Terror dropped six wonderful times, and the lines were long (but worth every minute!!)

okay....If he was watching the program to watch Krissa, i don't think your son needs any help. However...If he was watching for Krissa and her hosting abilities/acting chops, then seek some help.

As hard as it is to admit, I, too, am a big ole fan of Kryssa. Your son has good taste.

If in this day and age, this is the worst thing he can come up with to watch, it is OK!!! Dont mess with it!! I have to admit i watch Chrissa also. Not every night ( CNN is more the usual) but still I think she is entertaining and informative for the newbies.

Your son is perfectly fine and has great taste. As for Samantha Brown on a caffeine high, maybe. But being at WDW is all about being giddy and upbeat, isn't it?

My 4 year old and I were there 3 weeks ago and watched Kryssa all the time while in the room. I don't think your son will need therapy. He'll just need a Kryssa fix now that he's back home. :animwink:

I have yet to see Krissa in action...but I love resort TV...except for my last two days there..then I get depressed because I have to go home! 41 days and I get to see it! I can't wait!

Well, if she was, I'll be able to tell you in 41 days from now. I loved that show and I also watched from day 1 until the last episode. I miss it now!

I'll let you know what I figure out when I'm down there!

If I wasn't watching that, or Darkwing Duck at 1am (Which is a horrible idea unless you want to waste half of your day) I was watching the Japanese station.

I thought the same thing when I first saw the new Resort TV loop! I just can't figure out which one I hate more.

yeah I like Samantha Brown too...she's great! i didn't mind the "7 must sees" the first couple of time, mainly cuz i was so psyched to finally be at WDW. but as the week went own, kryssa was grating on me just a little. my finace laughed at me because even though i thought she was annoying, i watched it anyway :hammer:

I LOVE watching Krissa. She's such a cutie. Actually, back in February when we were down there, we would flip it on the television in the room sometimes, just for the heck of it. The kids liked her, so did my wife. It was all good.

It took me only 5 minutes to really hate Krissa. The only thing I enjoyed about her was the wedgie she took on the water slide.
