How does everyone handle a bad day? I have been having a pretty rough one, and I was just curious as to what everyone does when they are feeling pretty down.

I whine to friends about it for an hour....

Then I watch me some Homestar Runner cartoons....

And then.....I do as Erika said and sleep it off.

I recently polished off a gallon of Blue Bell Mocha Almond Fudge ice cream, in one weekend...cause I had the blues.

This is unusual for me, because when I am sad about something, I lose my appetite, but I love ice cream, too

:D

aah.. i know where you're coming from.. my day yesterday was pretty crappy... as soon as i got that m:s video, though, i got pumped!
I'm not really a fan of "talking on the phone," so that never really works. If it's a weekend, I usually stay out with my friends and have fun with them. If it's a school night, I usually just hop on here and chat away. If that doesn't work, I'd just go to bed.

I used to unwind with video games and Shiner Bock but now I am too poor for the Shiner! I guess it's water and video games from now on...

After a bad day, I eat a bowl of ice cream, take a hot bath to make me sleepy, drink hot herbal tea in bed and watch Mickey Mouse cartoons and then sleep it off. :)

I have aromatherapy bath salts, and candles. I fill the tub, pour them in, light the candles (and turn off the lights) put some Segovia on the CD player, and lie in the tub with one of those cold "mask" pads over my face. Then, when I finally get out and dry off, I put moisturizer on my face, scented lotion on my body, and lie in bed with my feet elevated and those cuccumber eye pads over my eyes. Then I just drift away...until my son comes looking for me. ;)

oooh.... That's nice. I should try that since my normal routine is suspended in the absence of my ice cream scooper, bath draw-er, tea steeper and dvd operator. ;)
