We have taken enhanced health and safety measures, including requiring temperature screenings and face coverings. Guests are reminded to practice social distancing, not touch their face, frequently was their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and use hand sanitizer. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. At this time, only California residents may visit the parks, and party size is limited to no more than 3 households, per current state guidelines. Proof of residency may be required. Park reservations may be made for up to 15 tickets at a time.
As a result of the impact of COVID-19 on park operations, FastPass and Disney MaxPass services cannot be offered for the time being. Magic Morning and Extra Magic Hour will also be unavailable. We will share future updates on these services at a later date. Certain attractions, restaurants, experiences, services and offerings will be modified or unavailable, will be limited in capacity and will be subject to limited availability or even closure. Offerings are not guaranteed.

Disney reserves the right to require a Guest to leave if they are (i) not properly wearing an approved face covering, (ii) using profanity or offensive language towards our Cast Members or other Guests and/or (iii) violating any other Park Rules.
How to Redeem Your Theme Park Reservation
Please be ready to show the QR code(s) above and present the associated ticket for each member of your party, as both are required for entry and may be validated at various checkpoints upon arrival. A Cast Member will scan the QR code(s) along with your associated ticket at the theme park turnstiles when you enter the park. Please ensure your ticket is valid for the date of the associated theme park reservation.
Park Hopper Tickets
If you have a Park Hopper ticket, your theme park reservation is for the first park you will visit for the day. You may enter the other park later that day after 1:00 PM.
Multi-Day Tickets
If you have a multi-day ticket, you can make theme park reservations for each valid day of your ticket. Park entry requires both a theme park reservation and a valid theme park ticket. Please be sure your multi-day ticket is valid on the day you’ve selected for your theme park reservation. Most multi-day tickets are valid for 13 days after the day of first use. Please check the expiration rules of your ticket.
Theme park reservations are void if transferred or sold and have no cash value. Unused theme park reservations expire at the end of the day, are forfeited and will not be replaced. In the event that duplicate theme park reservation QR codes are presented, Disney may refuse entry. Disney reserves the right to reschedule or cancel theme park reservations at any time without liability. A theme park reservation does not guarantee park admission or access to any experience, attraction, offering or dining location. Your theme park reservation is subject to terms and conditions including a COVID-19 liability waiver. View All Terms and Conditions
Need to Cancel?
If your travel plans change, please cancel as soon as possible to give other Guests the opportunity to visit the park. Theme park reservations can be cancelled until 11:59 PM on the day prior to your scheduled visit.
This is such a poor decision on Disney's part - nothing's going to de-incentivize parkgoers from going before park open, so you might as well have a plan to open these lots earlier to account for social distancing.
I'm wondering if it'll be better to park at one of the hotel parking lots and enter the Harbor Blvd. entrance instead.
