Help, Can't find my reservation!!

Hi,

I have booked my tickets via the Disney ticket store for MNSSHP. I opted for the 'will call' collection.

I wrote down the reservation number but the computer I was using was not linked to a printer so I closed the window and waited for an email to come through with the ticket info on, so I could then print off using another computer.

Well no email has arrived and I can't find how to or where to input my reservation so i can print my E-ticket!!

Does anyone know if I need to print something out or if I can go to collect the tickets with just my reservation number?

You should be able to pick up your tickets using your reservation number and even your name. Disney is pretty good about this issue. It does take some time to get the confirmation email from Disney, I usually get my confirmation email the next day.

Were you charged for the tickets? If so, give disney a call with your name and reservation number and they should be able to confirm that they were purchased and verify that they will be waiting for you at Will Call.

We purchased tixs and didn't have the etix and just picked them up with my Drivers License and reservation number.

I can see the charge on my credit card so I will take a copy of that with our reservation number.
