Filet. Boat House is owned by Gibson’s a Chicago Steakhouse. The quality was just as good and the fries are seasoned with Gibson’s special blend

Fish and Chips. Very good but the portion was more like a small plate over an entree

First stop Bug Life. Closed just before the door opened. Something bad was happening in there given the looks on CMs faces. Unnerved they were. We left.

I never saw this before. Didn’t really grasp the meaning for the attraction

And then there was Everest.

And Everest being evacuated as we reached our turn. Heard one Mom saying to her elementary school aged son ‘yes I saw you climbing down Everest. Now you can always say you climbed Everest ‘ He was so excited for that claim to fame.

Than we could possibly eat. We have always liked the slaw and baked beans sides however they have changed their recipes for both within the sometime within last year.

The slaw lacked flavor. The BeNs are no longer baked but instead Pork and Beans.

Visited the Wilderness lodge this morning. Happy we are not staying there as the lobby is under construction. Messy

First traffic jam in over a week. I enjoyed the lack of guests but this too had to end. Maybe it will be better again on Monday

And apologies all the way around. I made the comment the other day posts were missing in the mist. Forgetting to take my glasses off on Dinosaur the other day a mistake. Costly one. I’m obviously not squinting enough to see if the first post in trip reports is still mine as I tend to post in clumps vs live. Friend has overnighted my spare glasses from home or maybe Disney lost and found will find them in one piece. Anyhow a mea culpa to @JenniferS i think I cleaned up your trip report. If not shoot me a message.
Now tomorrow I need to fix mine. Oddly I broke my glasses in April 2018 on Thunder. I best learn. Again apologies.

Sorry you lost your glasses! This is why I always bring a back up pair for both of us... But I have many pairs of glasses.. I get them from zenni.com because they are so cheap and I can have all different styles and colors.

All quick service Bounty Breakfasts are not the same. Some have more food and much better quality

Muffin 4 sausages, seasoned potato wedges, French Toast, eggs and a side of fruit.

It was an Epcot morning. Just a few attractions to hold us over until our beloved lunch.


Lots of infomercials in the land this year for food and wine.

While just about everything is technically edible that doesn’t necessarily mean I want to eat it. I’ve had a couple of cupcakes garnished with a flower that makes it very attractive it is IMO best picked off.

Figgy was a good cooldown before heading out via the new character spot as that building is officially closed today. Sad clueless people heading to Starbucks this morning

The bus from Epcot to Sanaa was painfully slow. Not bad at all leaving

Our server was so nice and sweet. It was his first day. He was very deliberate in everything he did Slow but sure.

What a lovely day. Breakfast at the Poly. Epcot A/C attractions. Lunch at Sanaa’s Swim. Coffee and Halloween Party.

A few rid bits of our Halloween that I bailed on my kids with 75 minute go. As many of you know I have an ankle injury that has been re-injured twice since last September. We go frequently enough for me to bail early. This is a full two week trip at a deluxe resort. I post from peace and tranquility

DVC properties have their advantages. Wine and cheese poolside after a long day. BLT

Since the Halloween Party has been ongoing for alloys month I’ll post only some as many have seen these same photos in so many trip reports already given it’s August start date.
